Good, fuck the employers. Trying to limit someone's employment prospects because of their knowledge is anti-competitive gatekeeping bullshit. More power to the individual, especially in this job market, is a good thing. Welcome to a freer market. If the employers bitch about it it's because they're scared of how much more competitive they'll need to behave to retain and develop talent.
