Nuts are often called a "paradise" for a few reasons:

  1. Nutrient Density: Nuts are packed with essential nutrients, including healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making them a nutritional powerhouse in a small package.
  2. Versatility: Nuts can be consumed on their own as a snack, incorporated into a variety of dishes, or used to make nut butters and oils. This versatility makes them a convenient and tasty addition to many diets.
  3. Satiety: The combination of healthy fats, protein, and fiber in nuts helps keep you feeling full and satisfied, reducing the tendency to overeat or snack on unhealthy options.
  4. Health Benefits: As outlined above, nuts offer numerous health benefits, such as supporting heart health, reducing inflammation, and providing energy. These qualities contribute to the perception of nuts as a "paradise" for health-conscious individuals.

It's important to enjoy nuts in moderation because they are calorie-dense, but incorporating a variety of nuts into your diet can be a delightful and nutritious way to support your overall health and well-being.

I love pistachios, almonds, and cashews. Peanuts are good too and peanut butter. I know almond butter is healthier, but I just love peanut butter.

Cashews are a legit F Tier nut. First of all it’s not even a nut. Second of all I ate a bag of them the other day and I realized it was like 1000 calories for like 20 nuts

Cashews are good for the brain. They are fatty, but the good type of fat.
