NYC Apartment Lease - Cancel or Remain?

As the title suggests, have a few months left on my lease (wth a roommate). Wondering what other folks are doing in terms of ending their leases early or resigning.

Currently at my parents house since NYC's been in lockdown. More food at home and I miss having a backyard, but know not everyone has that luxury. Are you all holding onto your leases, looking to end them prematurely, or negotiating a lower rent because of COVID?

As a side note, have any firms started communicating Workplace Re-Entry plans? My bank is looking to do a phased roll out where certain groups come back on alternate days, but nothing set in stone as of yet.
