Recently accepted an IB SA role at a BB in NYC.
Looking to room with 3 other people (4 total) to keep cost of rent low. I really don’t know where I want to live because I don’t know much of NYC.

$1200 to $1400 with 4 people in Manhattan is a true 3BR with a wall, where the 4th person occupies the living room with no real closet. Then, there is a tiny living room or just a tiny table and kitchen.
Already taking with sublets, $4300 for a 4 bedroom apt with fully furnished rooms and large kitchen and living room and 2 full bathrooms 2 half bathrooms. Utilities, electricity, wifi, gas, etc all included. Monthly rent would come out to $1075.I don't know what you are on sir but you can definitely find good deals. This is by Hells Kitchen
