  1. Lazard shoutout just cuz it’s 30 rock at the end of the day and they have the top floors of it

If you read the stories about Room 5600 in it's heyday it would make Lazard blush. (or Bloomberg, I've never actually been in the Lazard offices, but Bloomberg is my benchmark. The 6/7 floor conference space  at 731 lex is great hand they have a mean catering team.  The upper floors aren't bad either.  I was up on 40-somethig for Eric's book launch event. I got a signed copy of his new one, and he told me to stop when I asked my question because he could write another book about that.)

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

PSA: That ain't the GS building.

If you know, you know. (waving at my friends at Jane out my window)

If downtown it's all about the water views.  Sadly I don't have one.

It is the GS building on 200 West St.

Really odd angle of it.

All of them nice and high to jump off of :)

Fun fact:  We intentionally picked lower floors.  I guess walking out made everybody a little gun-shy.  The jumpers from the old building didn't have a lot of good options: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Falling_Man (We got everybody out)
