Owning Manhattan

I know it’s just a run of the mill reality tv show with a resi real estate skin on it but holy fuck is this show borderline unwatchable. I was hoping it was more realistic than some of the other reality tv shows like it and it probably is but that still doesn’t make it good.

It shocks me that Ryan Serhant greenlit this because a lot of the show just makes his agents look unprofessional and just overall assholes. Basically airing out the idea that he has no control over his employees.

Also the Jade “commercial” arc was so irritating. I get that the audience is not supposed to be people in the RE industry but still. Curious to see if anyone else has watched it and what they think of it.
