Most headhunters here can be frustrating as they don't understand the nuances between different types of finance roles, e.g. tell them you're interested in investment banking and they'll show you random trading operations roles. Quad is good, Beacon Hill seems good, Pinnacle Group is another one that's shown me good stuff.
