pied-a-terre?
i'm thinking of buying a pied-a-terre. ideally somewhere a little exotic and perhaps somewhat reasonable. i'm not a bsd, yet.
have any of you guys thought of doing the same?
go for a pad in monaco that place is fratty as shit.
monaco is nice for just one weekend (F1) a year and if you can get the fiscal regime as permanent resident, for the rest it's an air castle for tourists.
