Is this one of those places that take an unconscionable amount of rake, like 15%?
That’s a lot. There has to be some secret group chat of both. Beginners and experienced players in nyc that I can try to join. These clubs taking bunch of rake dont seem all that good. Not sure though given I haven’t given it a try yet.
Just go to Atlantic City. You can take a day trip there on a Saturday from NYC. There are buses.
How’s that differ from lv?
Not sure what "lv" means... but I would rather go to a reputable establishment than these NYC cash games with a high rake. I'm a tourney player.
