Poor Memory

Does anyone know a good way to help improve my memory? I feel like ever since I've been working in professional services it's progressively gotten worse. I sleep well, diet, exercise, etc but my memory still blows

I read Moonwalking with Einstein to improve my memory. not sure how much it helped but it is an interesting book about a journalist that hangs out with memory championship competitors and what their techniques are - how they memorise 60 decks of cards backwards ETC.

other than that, definitely throw some meditation in to your routine. ive also been playing Tetris recently which improves the thickness of your cortex, whatever the heck that means.
