Premier League Top 4 Predictions

With the premier league table pretty tight right now (12/31), what are everyone’s predictions for top 4? I think that Liverpool are maybe one more key injury away from losing favorite status.

I think it will finish City, Liverpool, ManU, Spurs. Only ManU is in good form of those teams right now (although city has kept many clean sheets recently). I have a feeling that Spurs will start to find form against lower and mid table teams and will not drop too many points there. I have no faith in Chelsea, Lampard was a great player but he seems to lack the ability to make his players confident in his team organization. I think that City have too much quality to not turn it around and challenge for title. Once their midfielders really find form (Bernardo, KDB, Rodri) I think they will start to dominate again although they might need a January defensive signing for squad depth. I’d like to see Everton or Leicester in there (really like both coaches) but I’m too much of a coward to include a non big 6 side in my top 4 prediction.

Liverpool are too good.

Tottenham, Liverpool, Citeh, United.

Mou is my buddy

Never discuss with idiots, first they drag you at their level, then they beat you with experience.

No order City Liverpool United Tottenham(not sure on them tbh. One injury to Kane or Son and they go down a level.)

It’s very hard to call, but I reckon Liverpool will be in it for sure. I’d go with this:

Spurs, Liverpool, United, City

There are so many things wrong with Lampard’s Chelsea ATM and Pep’s City hasn’t hit the ground running so far, but they should make it to top 4. Part of me wants MOU to win, that’s just gonna be iconic but don’t know if Spurs can pull it off lol

I think that’s very feasible. The only other place I could see him going soon would be Juve if Pirlo can’t get it together over there soon. Like Pirlo/Ole, Lampard gets the benefit of being a club legend which probably makes him sticker than like Conte/Sarri. But if they don’t turn it around soon I could definitely see that. He’ll stay on for sure if they make top 4, they spent some money, so if not he probably should be sacked.

No chance. Board will back Lampard and he’ll get at least the whole season. Takes times for so many new signings to gel and adapt to a new league but when they’re firing on all cylinders they are easily top 3 teams in the league

Yes, you might be right that they wouldn´t sack him because he´s a Legend, but at the end of the day Chelsea is notorious when it comes to sacking their managers. Tbh I don´t really see Tuchel going to Juve/Serie A. I think that Tuchel is very attractive to Chelsea because he would have a squad that could play his fast paced style. Furthermore he´s probably looking to make his switch to the Premier League anyway, and it could also be a good fit since Chelsea invested in German players like Havertz and Werner.

United fan here. I really think utd are one CB away from pushing liverpool to the end. I really don't fancy maguire-lindelof as a defensive pairing. I hope we can see more of DVB further down the season. wouldn't mind seeing spurs winning it for josé though.

Liverpool spurs utd city And lampard gets sacked before the end of the season.

I’m also a United fan. I also think that center half pairing is rubbish if the team is ever to challenge for title. Maguire hasn’t added to set pieces hardly at all, which was one of the primary reasons the team signed him. And lindelof is generally just not very good in the air nor does he have the athletic ability to be world class in all likelihood. I think lindelof would be a solid mid table center half or squad player for United. I just don’t see where the team can necessarily go out and get someone who would be instantly effective that they wouldn’t have to pay an absurd amount of money for. I also think the team could move the ball quicker in midfield in the pivot. Fernandes essentially carries the load as creator in possession. I think my ideal midfield for the team right now is fernandes mctominay and pogba (?). Pogba is Jekyll and Hyde for the club and might move on this season. But he is turnkey when he plays well.

Liverpool have really dropped the ball with these last two draws. With that said, they'll right the ship and win the league.

Looks like MU, MC, and Tot will round out the t-4.

City, Spurs, Liverpool, United for top 4. Liverpool or City to win the whole thing for me. Not really impressed with United, aside from Bruno, enough to think they are genuine contenders. My immediate guess is City ends up top of the table very soon with a good winning streak until they play Liverpool - they've fixed their defense, have a game in hand, and the goals are coming now with 6 very winnable upcoming fixtures  (3 of those are consecutive home games) after today's victory.
