anyone know any places in downtown nyc who make their own bagels inhouse? I know of Leo's but they burn their bagels most of the time and are a bit rubbery. Brody's by fulton was good but closed its doors. anyone know any other places?
also looking for a good sandwich shop who actually makes sandwiches with their own bread or fresh bread from a local bakery?

My bad - didn’t realize it was already mentioned. Going to have to second Russ and Daughters and Brooklyn Bagel, they are objectively great bagels with a large menu of food / beverage options at R&D and wide selection of bagels at BB
