Damn I knew this topic would be about this guy before I even clicked it. His PR team is putting in work. Even the normies on fb are reposting his stuff

I do like his clips. There’s also a loud Indian guy (forget the name) who has some funny content

Akaash Singh?

Rife is unbelievably overrated at this point. Dudes got solid crowd work but that's like the entirety of his act in my opinion. I think as far as guys who arent massive yet, Shane Gillis and Stavros Halkias come to mind. Tim Dillion is probably my favorite overall comedian at this point, has absolutely mastered satirical looks at society through rant comedy.

idk who Rife is yet, but agree with the rest of your take. TD is incredible, his podcast is so nihilistic and hilarious to me. I saw him last year with a friend and it was amazing.

Not really a rising comedian whatsoever, don't mean to hijack the thread; but Daniel Tosh stand-up doesn't get enough love in my opinion. A lot of people only think of Tosh.0 which I really enjoyed in its hay-day, especially the first part of show where he is just roasting people on the internet. His stand up is that but exponentially more explicit and over the line. Saw him in Chicago a few years ago and nearly pissed my pants. A few acts of his are on Spotify and would highly recommend.

Otherwise, I enjoy Matt Rife crowd work clips and Stavros is hilarious as well.

Tosh is a great throwback. I'd love to see him.

I think you should leave on Netflix with Tim Robinson is the funniest sketch comedy I have ever seen, bar none

i had to take breaks because my stomach was hurting so much from laughing.

Tim Dillon, Shane Gillis, Mark Normand, Stavros Halkias, and Akaash Singh are my favorite comedians in that early to mid-30s range.

Matt Rife definitely has some great bits, I really enjoyed his Only Fans special which I watched the other week. But I just don't feel he's on the same level as the above 5 (probably because he's my age and I'm subconsciously salty about him being pretty & funny). Give him another 4-5 years and I think he'll really be cooking though, will certainly be following him.

Cumtown podcast clips got recommended to me on youtube, I think they're some of the funniest stuff I've listened to in years. I believe this Stavros guy is one of the 3? And they now renamed the podcast but man that I listen to it when going to bed all the time, fuckin hilarious
