Saving/Budgeting

Hi all,

I was very curious what approach people took with saving/investing. I am only one year out and I feel like I have saved/invested nowhere near what I needed to and that my personal finances are terrible. I have accumulated around 3k in CC debt (a lot due to a recent trip that I just took to Europe with friends) and am overall just lost as I feel like I ought to have more in the bank after one year. Currently estimating around 30k (2k savings, 20k brokerage, 8k retirement). Work at a BB in AM so no big IB bonus has come my way yet. Would love any thoughts/approaches people take?
