Should WSO open a physical Oasis on Wall Street?

Given the name of this website, maybe it would make sense to take it to the next level and maybe, if possible, WSO should open a physical oasis on Wall Street? Maybe something like a wework location for anyone who works on Wall Street to come and refresh and get nourishment? Find someone to talk to for advice, encouragement, or whatever else they need help with while they travel through what can sometimes be the desert of Wall Street. Maybe I’m just off here. But thought it might be worth asking the question.

Maybe just having it on the internet is enough or even better than having it physically on Wall Street

Maybe it’s even like the equivalent of a school as a place where young people can come and learn about Wall Street

Someone here can license the WSO brand and launch it...

-Monkey's Oasis
-Banana and monkey themed
-Healthy refreshing shakes/meal supplements (fast to eat to minimize downtime) + caffeine (lowers capex a lot)
-Servers dressed in business suits and monkey masks
-Discounts for posts/activity on this forum

Can launch it inexpensively by buying out a distressed coffee/smoothie shop in the right location. Used restaurant equipment is cheap now.
