So what's your secret? Medication.

Curious to hear what medication the other reprobates on this site use to maintain their high levels of attainment, day-in, day-out.

I myself take two 50mg pills of promethazine before bed: I find it helps me get to sleep and isn't so strong that I'm hugely groggy the next morning (although I do sometimes wake up a little cloudy minded).
At uni, I used to take a 20mg dose of Adderall during revision season in order to help me put in the hours. Nothing out of the ordinary there, I'm sure. I'm yet to dabble for work.

Recreationally, a lot of the guys I work with (traders) partake in the ol' Columbian marching powder. I also know one trader who likes to light up the ganja after a night out to help de-stress before bed.

i masturbate in a room plastered with the faces of my enemies every morning for 45 minutes never cumming they don't deserve it they haven't earned it

4:50 am (pre gym): C4 preworkout, creatine, if I'm feeling it half dose of modafinil 7:00 am: rhodiola rhodesia, kirkland one-a-day, fish oil, vitamin b, ginkgo biloba Throughout the day: coffee- black, ice water, piracetam night: melatonin if mind is still racing after 10, nyquil if I'm wired and have >9hrs to sleep CBD on some weekends for chillin alcohol whenever I feel like it

I used to take muscle relaxants (had a prescription) before bed and have a energy drink in the morning. But I’ve found that I have more consistent energy when I weened myself off all stimulants and got on a good sleep schedule.

I miss the rush and taste of coffee / energy drinks but I honestly think I’m more energized without them. It’s just like any drug - if you use large doses every day it’s going to lose its effect.

Daily: Vyvanse 30mg, Wellbutrin 150mg, fish oil and probiotic supplements, if i have insomnia then i'll use ketamine nasal spray before i go to bed Couple times a year i'll do shrooms acid and ketamine to maintain long term mental stability

Thanks, that's definitely a valid point and I have actually considered it especially considering i'm on a stimulant already and wellbutrin lowers my seizure threshold. But the reason why I'm still on it is that there's going to be a couple of weeks or months before I completely adjust to not taking wellbutrin where I'll experience mood swings, drowsiness, confusion, etc., and the current intensity of my job (IB analyst) just simply does not allow me to not be on my A game for more than a few days. It's sad really. I'll maybe get off of it when I go to bschool haha

Meditation, I love to mediate it provides me with inner peace.

You can’t eat or intake meditation, therefore it is not medication.

On the sheet at the doctors office here is his response:

Medications? - Meditation, good intentions, high hopes, sun gazing (daily gazer and legally blind), professional Chinese finger trap athlete (world ranked), organic green tea, orange fumes, biodiesel flames, hummus flakes snorted daily, 1x month coffee enema, cinnamon air dispensing machine, lavender oil, rhubarb cleanses (2x week), puréed avocado baths...

What is medication again?

One small coffee to kick off the day, and if I have a hard gym session in the late evening hours I will indulge in some preworkout with DMHA and eria jarensis in it. I have a high stimulant tolerance, so the garden variety pre's don't do much for me anymore.

On the other end of the spectrum, if I really need a good night's sleep, I'll take a product with valerian root, melatonin, and phenibut in efficacious doses. This puts me to sleep for 6-8 hours without fail. I also take KSM-66 Ashwaghanda every morning to alleviate stress and put myself into a more productive state of mind. I used to be significantly more adventurous with these things, but being closer to 30 than 20, I'm slowly gravitating towards a more relaxed, healthier regimen.

Have actually just ordered myself a 25-unit tub of CBD oil gummy bears (10mg each). Was pretty pricy, but have heard from mates in the industry that they help with stress on the weekend. Planning to deploy this coming Saturday!
