Staying active in IB?

Incoming summer analyst and I’m wondering how you guys stay active in banking as I’m pretty active myself?

In college I work out from 6:30am-8am and work on school work or my 20hrs/week job from 9am-7pm, get din then hit the books again until 10pm (ish, sometimes later) 5 days a week. During analyst years can I retain some semblance of this schedule?

Also any advice on fitness in IB is appreciated

If you can keep the 6:30AM gym time going, there shouldn’t be an issue since people usually aren’t online until 9:00AM at the earliest. The problem will be maintaining that when you’re up past midnight working.

This might come across as controversial but I typically start my day with a combo of F2 + ESC + ->. Some days I'll mix it up with other versions of that, but I'm very routine oriented.

A more rigorous exercise, done by my MBA associate (prefers a different routine), typically starts with ALT + W + VG, quickly followed by CTRL + A + ALT + H + A. He swears by it.

Hope this helps.
