Stimulants

New monkey here. Was wondering how important stimulants such as caffeine, adderall, Bag, etc are in the office for analysts. I don't/Can't use most of these and wonder if that puts me at a disadvantage against others. Let me know if I am overthinking or I should consider picking these up for productivity reasons.
