Stock Market Now?

What do you guys think of the stock market currently? I have some money invested and I'm up about 5% since September. Wondering if I should cash out now before another dip? Any interesting thoughts or articles?

If anyone else invests, what names/positions do you have?

There is no sense in trying to time the market, There are two primary ways that I use to make money in the market

1) Velocity of money, sell a position after a small move up and buy another name and continue to churn out percentage points here and there as stocks pullback and advance. This entails high tax consequences and trading costs. 2) Determine a list of 10-15 stocks that I can build positions in with some level of conviction for a least a year to obtain LT cap gains tax.

I use a combination of the two depending on the environment but again its impossible to accurately time the market.

Im long a bunch of financials, techs and consumer discretionary names The key is to pick names with some level of conviction so that you are willing to buy more on market pullbacks but able to cut loses (admit you were wrong) when necessary.
