Struggling to stay focused during work

I’m a few months into my first analyst role and I’m starting to feel very mentally scattered and overwhelmed at work. I often face deadlines I physically can’t meet without pulling an all-nighter (which I quickly learned I am no longer capable of because my productivity falls off a cliff without sleep) and staying up late compounds into me being even slower the next day, leading to more work, more disappointing my seniors, and more stress, and less focus, etc. I also find it hard to disconnect when I do have free time and I’m worried I’m about to fully burn out and become dysfunctional.

Does anyone else feel this way? I really need to just lock in and get organized but I seem physically incapable of doing so. I am literally always behind on everything.
