Interesting study, although good lord that has to be one of the most atrocious ways to present the data. Also, I'm always skeptical of studies that don't let you audit their data. Assuming the data is valid, and they didn't make any errors in their math (IMO, these are much bigger assumptions than most people give them credit for), this is pretty cool.
It would be interesting to see the same study where they control for more variables (socio economic status / religious affiliation / career field / how many generations their family has been in the country / etc.) Also, historically, poor / uneducated people have been used as lab rats throughout history by the medical community, so it's really difficult to say it's because they're low cognitive ability, OR if it's a correlation not causation situation wherein conventional wisdom has spread through poor and less cognitively developed demographics to not trust the medical establishment for very real justifiable reasons, especially in a scenario like covid rolling out experimental treatments and vaccines.
