That was my exact thought. It reminded me of something you would see on MTV's Super Sweet 16 where some girl's dad is a record label exec so they have some popular rappers show up at the party and she sings along. Although it looks as if the girl got rather ambition in this instance, lol.
The complexity of her lyrics reminded me of another mind bending song...

So I looked up the chocolate rain - why are people hating? The music on it sucks, but the guy actually has a really good voice and the lyrics are pretty deep. I can think of many songs a lot more annoying than that. Granted Friday girl is the top contender, with Fireflies pedobear next, but then it's a toss-up for any of the Taylor swift songs
