Found a really cool story that I thought I’d share. Basically a guy named Kevin Truong, diagnosed with dwarfism at 5 will be working with CS IB tech team!
Can’t imagine what he’s gone through and how hard he probably had to fight through the stigma, so congrats to him.

Can't imagine it's going to do any wonders to his health being an IB analyst, what with the generally shit diet and stress and lack of sleep and all
Ya not sure how that will work. But again he got to this point with hardwork, dedication and a spirit that I can't even imagine. Its obviously a different thing in IB, but I'm sure staffers and coworkers will ensure his health isn't destroyed. Well atleast I hope so.

super congrats to him and wish him all the best but super surprised he only got 1 interview when he literally checks all the minority/diversity boxes incl. socio-economic (unless the Asian thing goes against him).
