Tips for CFA L1 Memory Retention

I am heading into  my last month of studying for CFA L1, and have completed all the topics and done hundreds of Q bank questions through Kaplan. However, I am having trouble remembering the majority of the things I learned in the first few topics, as that was several months ago.

Does anyone have any tips on memory retention and recollection of earlier chapters? Thanks.
