What would you recommend for women in IB?


If he makes more, you’re good for any situation. Less, then the same thing I would say to a man.

If 41% of first marriages end in divorce, it has to be noticeably higher than 50% in IB. The amount of travel, hours and stress are quite difficult for many couples. Once you layer in kids on top of that, it becomes even more difficult.

That being said, it is always circumstance specific. Does your spouse truly appreciate and realize how much time you will be working? Do they appreciate the perks that come with it (financial well-being, free firm trips, miles and points accrued towards personal vacations, etc.).

 

High because only rich guys can afford to trade out their old wrinkly witch-hag of a post-menopause wife for a smoking hot 30 year old not just once but twice in one lifetime.
