When I’m not working all weekend?
Lift. If it’s nice out, then long walks, hanging out outside, chilling with roommates, watching a movie with friends, etc. i try not to stay out late drinkingSaturday nights as that fucks up the start of my week.
Long walks are underrated. I’ll throw on a Camelbak, drink 1.5L per hour, jam out to some music with my Shokz bone conducting headphones and take a gel every hour to keep the energy going. Good times.

Disclaimer I work in CB so my hours are a lot better than your guys’ but this is what I like to do
Sauna, play golf, hang out with friends/gf. I'm on the commercial side as well, so not putting in the hours that IB/PE/VC has but still doing about 50/week.
The sauna is my true safe space. My club has nice lounge chairs in it where I can just lay down, read a good book or newspaper, and forget about everything outside that cedar lined room.
Everything except for the geezer across from me constantly readjusting his sack, of course.
