Small firm so no downtime at work. But I definitely make it a point not to work more than my 40 hours when possible.

Read the news. Understanding the world we live in is important in a lot of ways (let alone the fact that it makes you a more interesting and well-rounded person). Especially financial/business news, of the the non-real estate kind.
Whatever I feel like doing
Instead of asking the WSO RE forum, go outside and try something. Take risks.
Work on my golf swing, practice putting on my putting mat, monitor my investment accounts, calculate the amount of time I have left until retirement, day dream about retirement, go to the gym, do chores around the house, play chess, etc.
Take a quick walk outside, get a coffee etc
Reading some of articles from the “quantamental” funds blogs is always a good way to soak up and hour or two.

I read up on the markets and my industry . If I have more time or take a lunch, I usually will go to my Bible app and do my devotionals or readings. After that, I normally will message with friends and check-in and see how things are going with them.
