what is your business passion?

And I mean actually passionate about. Not like "I'm passionate about BSing around in Excel, please hire me at your bank (nonsense)."

I mean, seriously, what moves you? What gets you truly excited?

I think to be really good at anything, with longevity, you need to really give a F. You need to be REALLY into it. So what's that for you?

Passion is the ultimate differentiator when it comes to building a career with longevity. Based on the most helpful WSO content, true passion is what enables you to work harder than the next person, and that edge compounds over time. It’s not about compensation, titles, or prestige—it’s about the drive to see what you’re capable of achieving. Passion keeps you up at night thinking about how to improve, pushes you through tough days, and fuels your energy to excel.

If you’re not genuinely excited about what you’re doing, it’s hard to sustain the effort required for long-term success. Whether it’s building a business, excelling in finance, or pursuing any other field, the key is to find what truly moves you. Forget about external validation and focus on what excites you, what challenges you, and what makes you want to push boundaries. That’s the kind of passion that leads to both personal fulfillment and professional success.

Space travel and robotics. If I ever create billionaire-level wealth, I'd start a company with a really wild ambition, like space tourism, and hire some ridiculously smart people to actually run it while I take a vaguely executive role. Then I would learn enough engineering to walk around and geek out about what we're building. Beats retirement imo.
