Depends on the mood but either Kanye or Tame Impala
Drake. The GOAT
This post pretty much sums up the demographic on this site now.
If you deny it at this point you are just hating. He has been at the top of the rap game for 10+ years. He is the biggest musician statistically ever. Every time people say he is finished he continues to produce. Every person likes at least one drake song. He is the most versatile artist ever
Been absolutely fucking addicted to pop and rock from the 80's lately. Complete slappage.
Nice. I have several go-to playlists in this genre - especially love cooking with a beer in hand while blasting 80s rock and pop.
search for Pat Perez's playlists on Spotify. he's an absolute BRO of a pro golfer and has some banger 80's playlists
my music taste is very eclectic, here are the top genres though
90s/00s alternative, hardcore punk, pop punk, thrash metal, death metal, NWOBHM, latin jazz, rap, indie rock, classical, classic rock, blues, mambo, mariachi, oldies/doo-wop, country
most genres have something to offer, just gotta look hard enough and be open minded
Oh absolutely. I think so many people limit their music intake to rap, house, EDM, and maybe a couple others where its kinda sad to see all the stuff they're missing. So much good music out there that id never thought id even like until I check it out. Kinda gotta thank my mom for giving my so many records--a lot are stuff I'd expect her to have but there were so many random tracks in there that were so unexpectedly good.
Same for me right now. I'm rewatching the Sopranos and it's got me diving deep into the 70s and 80s.
Tunak Tunak Tun by Daler Mehndi
Great track - exceptional videography
Hahaha, what an amusing track by a great singer.
Synthwave, vaporwave, retrowave, outrun, darksynth, 80s new wave, and city pop.
Yes, I have a type.
Darksynth is sick. Love vaporwave as well, check out Audi https://noproblematapes.com/album/audi it's some nice broken transmission.
Metal. Electric Wizard, Death, Sabbath, Metallica, Coven, Slayer, Sun O))) & similar. Also some 2013 UKF dubstep mixes for nostalgia. Sometimes hyperpop. Also a sucker for remixes of 80s JPop/ city pop, future funk.
House, rap, classic rock, Indie rock
mac miller - circles, some beach house, washed out, and random ryan celsius playlists on YT
I like Mac Miller too - sucks he died.
Love beach house
Beach House bangs. Great stuff to just chill to or have on in the background while doing other stuff.
+1 for Beach House. every night in the cab ride home. got me through banking
deathgrips if I'm working past 12am
that’s all I listen to at the gym
Anything except Country.
Pop Smoke in the morning while on the train.
By the time I get to the office, I'm throwing up gang signs ready to throw hands with anyone not from Brooklyn.
Depends on how sweaty my work is.
If it’s pretty sweaty, it’s my specially made playlist of house and electro type stuff. Heavier shit like Drezo, Tchami, Malaa, and Rex mixed with lighter shit like Zhu or Daft Punk. Mix in some ElectroDJ type stuff like Justice, DeadMau5, and Vitalic.
If it’s casual working I’m all over the map from dad rock to heavy metal to country to hip hop.
Can’t edit on my phone for some reason. Should say Rezz, not Rex
Metal, Post HC, Hip Hop, Jazz Rap, Classical, Synthwave, Indie Rock, Alternative
I dont know man I listen to everything really
DJ D-sol ?
