What to do next? - Private airline

Hey there.I am trying to start up a private airline in Africa with private jets(I will be catering to the elites) but the only problem is that I lack the necessary funding to buy the jets. There is a market for the type of product I will be offering and it greatly differs from what is in the market today.I am getting to working the costs out but the I already have the revenue projections.I would approach a VC fund in Africa but there is much information on how to actually contact them.I will end up contacting one in north america. What should i say and who should I call(I am only 16 years old so getting the amount I need from a bank is not quite the viable option). The sort of jets I am looking at are Hawker 400's they range from 600,000-1,800,000. If you need more information do not hesitate to ask me(Keep in mind the are certain things i will not be able to reply to).I love to get your input guys. All criticism is accepted.
