What was your blood pressure the last time you checked?
How often do you measure it? Do you take any meds for it? Also what are the guidelines like in your country? Some say <140/90 is fine but the US has new <120/80 guidelines now
Literally 120/80 and I’m neither as fit as I’d prefer to be and drink way too much caffeine. A lot of it is genetic.
Had it checked 11 years ago.
Why
I only see my dentist and psychiatrist every 6mo. I don't see a doctor regularly.
