What would you do if you had a snoring roommate?
I had a snoring roommate back in my freshman year of college.
The snoring wasn't that bad, but I was unable to sleep because I was so triggered by the noise. I eventually moved out in the second semester as I couldn't take it anymore.
Have you ever had a similar situation like this? I'm curious about your experiences with roommate/sensitivity to noise problems, how you overcame it.

You might want to introduce white noise through a humidifier.
Earplugs with a haptic alarm (think Fitbit).
Would NOT recommend doing this but one time this kid was snoring loud af so I tossed a towel on his face which helped for a couple mins. Then he shot up abruptly because I guess he was suffocating a bit.
When he went back to sleep he wasn’t snoring anymore lol.
Invest in melatonin gummies and always be the first one to sleep
Wild concept but you could talk to him. Suggest nasal strips or something. How is he supposed to know he snores? … he’s asleep while it happens.
