What would you do with a spare $10k?

Gonna set aside $10,000 soon, and I’m wondering what y’all would do with a similar sized chunk of money.

Aside from maxing a Roth IRA, other options include all-in on ETF or building a new growth-portfolio. Any thoughts on other instruments or strategies?

I would use it to pay off my medical bills or go to Vegas.

I would donate to the poor or keep it under my bed. Depends on the feeling I get when I see it.

Will update my computer soon and leave Incognito so I will disappear forever. How did I achieve Neanderthal by trolling? Some people are after me so need to close account for safety.

puts on Zoom or any of the pharma names getting press for the vaccine or other treatments seems intelligent, but as long as you get stupid money bidding up everything you might as well just put it in like IVV or something and buy s protective put on that.

alternatively, go short whatever you see fit and buy a call to hedge!

or get a hooker and use whatever is left to treat yourself to a Roley

I would pay off $10k of my student loans. $10k isn't life changing money and being in debt sucks.

I've actually been looking into watches. Do you think certain brands hold value better than others? Like Rolex v Omega or IWC?

I was literally about to say I'd buy a Datejust with that money. Rolex will hold value better than any other watch brand in that price range.
