Looks like you don’t have any WSO credits? When you cast a vote, it uses up a credit. I believe credits are earned as you earn bananas (making posts, silver bananas, etc.). If you’ve been doing a lot of downvoting/upvoting and not posting much, I think you’ll eventually run out of credits.
