So I just started at a new PE firm about a month and a half ago and their christmas party is upcoming. The investment team (myself included), which is about 10 guys, have been doing a yankee swap for a few years. They do one normal and one gag gift with combined total spending power of $75.
I was thinking an Art of Shaving kit for normal gift and any idea of gag gifts ?

I think booze could work as a normal gift and a 'gag' gift...no pun intended.
You can do custom mugs for good, cheap gag gifts. I've seen some pretty profane, yet extremely funny ones. There are also more tame ones depending on the audience. Plus, everyone drinks coffee, don't they?

Possible audience for a shaving kit can be very small.
I get that. so provide more background. it's about 10 guys all 35+ excluding myself and 1 senior.

Maybe try for something like a nice set of poker chips or something liquor related that's not actually liquor or some cool gadget from Sharper Image. I personally would not be happy with an Art of Shaving kit.
