I hear at Wrigley Field they have $3 beers in the bleachers. I bet that can turn into a real shit show. You have to be a very wealthy man to get drunk at Yankee Stadium.

not to mention the long ass lines for beer and the fact that the stop selling it after the 6th
And what do you know... I was scammed by a guy on Craig's List...
haha sorry to hear bro - what do you mean you got scammed though?
he gives you cash, you give him tickets... what the problem is?
Basically it was my fault... I'm an idiot. I had agreed to sell them to someone but this guy saw my ad and came back to me and was like, listen if you dont want them thats fine just let me know. I'll give you your money back... I was like, really? He's like yeah. My niece wants to go to the game since its andy pettite figurine day or whatever. he then says, im on a bus on my way to Boston for the evening will be back tomorrow (He mentioned this earlier before he even sold me the tickets so i felt it was truth). He then said do me a favor and email me instructions to void the tickets. And I will respond letting you know ill pay you.
So I email the guy saying, per our conversation, i am asking you to void the tickets. I will meet you at the allen street bus stop tomorrow to receive my payment back. He responded with absolutely, When i board the bus i will let you know and when I am back in new york we will meet and I will as instructed pay you 120 dollars....
So He "goes to Boston" and then texts me Saturday morning saying hey im boarding the bus now. And then poof. He's gone. Ignores all my texts. All my calls. Everything. Finally I just start calling him over and over again. This is now about 8 hours after he has boarded the bus. So I am smelling something fishy. He finally responds with "chill out dude" and i say yo just give me some information where are you? he says "bus broke down. when im in city will let you know." I waited another 5 hours. text him a few times. No response. Give him a call and I get a text saying "My bf is asleep. He will call you in morning." In the morning, surprise no phone call comes. I text him and call him no answer. I then say, alright, I'm going to police. And he was like, what bro? You're crazy im so pissed at you now. patience is a virtue im done talking to you. I'm submitting all this to my company attorney (he mentioned sending all this to his company attorney many times) and im like okay. Agree to meet up with me or I am going to the police. It ended with him basically telling me he is done talking to me.
I will say, I have his name, cell phone number, email address, supposed location of his work and supposed home address.... Do you think it's even worth calling the police? 120 bucks? he is a season ticket holder with the yankees... should I contact them?
After i realized i had been screwed over I looked on Craigslist and what do you know, RIGHT after I told him to void them, there are several (about 5 or 6) ads on craigslist of a pair of tickets being sold in the same section and same row as the two I gave back to him.... hmmmmm.....
The icing on the cake is when he responded to my email about voiding the tickets, at the end he said "FYI - there are good New Yorkers in the world."

May I also mention that it's Andy Pettite figurine day... So get your ebay accounts ready.
Put 'em on stubhub.
It's a little late to put them on stubhub isn't it? I'll offer $50 per ticket pending I can find someone to go with on such short notice.
dude i sold my yankee tickets on stubhub 30minutes before the game started.
I thought you had to use snail mail, unless you have an electronic ticket. And buy this other ticket and come to the game with me.
actually, you might be right - mine was electronic.
i'll buy it for $20. if anything, i'd just get bleacher tickets and sneak into a better section.
The bleachers are an amazing place to watch the game tho.
