Best Business Roles at Tech Companies?

What's the best non-technical role available at tech companies for fresh graduates, in terms of growth, learning, and compensation?
- Product Marketing/Strategy
- Business/Corporate Strategy/Planning/Operations
- Sales/BD/Sales Enablement
- others???

Personal context:
I'm currently a Business Development Intern at AWS (APAC). Since it's under the bigger sales umbrella, AWS offers me a graduate role (Demand Generation Representative) that would lead to Sales, Sales Strategy/Enablement/Operations, or Channel/Partner/Business Development after the graduate programme ends.

I'm interested in joining a VC after a few years working and I'm wondering if I should take up this role, or search for other roles within the tech industry for the next 2 years of my undergraduate. While I know that sales to VC is very uncommon, I've heard of professionals moving from sales to product to VC. I also have a low GPA (second-lower), so it's difficult to break into consulting/IB.
