Hanover Insurance FLP - Business Management Program

Hi,

I received a final round for Hanover Insurance's FLP - Business Management Program. However, I wanted to ask if anyone on here has any experience with them? Pay? Work? Culture?

Thanks.

Hi Gomi,

I was wondering whether you could tell me anything about the Hanover's FLP Business Management Program such as you experiences, work load, project types, and pay. I also just received an invitation to final round, and I wanted to know a bit more about the company.

Thanks

Bee

Hi Bee,

The program is set up similar to that of GE's/Raytheon's FMP programs. There are 6 rotations, and you select your preferences. The work--from what I gathered during the interviews--appears to be challenging; work hours will typically range from 8-10 hours a day. As for pay, I was extended $50,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Hope that helped.
