100-Day Planning Examples

Hi fellow monkeys, I was tasked to lead the effort of drafting a 100-day plan for a new investment. Appreciate it if you can share examples/templates/recommended structures?

My internet search didn't return much...

Thank you in advance!

I'd agree here - I think it's easiest to put it in excel. Have sections for main item, sub items, due dates for each, personat the portco who is leading the charge, and person at PE fund who is leading the charge. Work with the MGMT team to identify key steps and appropriate timelines.

For example, if you need to hire a new CFO, you would have something like:

Hire CFO: 1. Interview headhunters 2. Select and engage headhunter 3. Review HH shortlist 4. Interview shortlist candidates 5. Select two final candidates 6. Interview final candidates 7. Extend offer 8. Negotiate employment agreements 9. CFO start date

Assign a due date for each and key points of contact to hold people accountable
