this is very high. Sounds like Apollo / Warburg
Yes, would argue Associate 1 total is below par compared to other MFs. Associate 2 definitely on the higher end.

2021: Aso 1: £80k base + 100% bonus
2022: Aso 2: £105k base + 105% bonus (with the notion the fund leaned in…)
Carry allocation starts at VP ~5 years
Co-invest the same, but at discretion of IC can be done earlier (ie senior associate level)
Assoc 1: £80k + 100% bonus
Then £10k incremental a year for 2 years
Small carry allocation
