Total 2024 Comp (Base + Bonus): $150 + $200

Total 2023 Comp (Base + Bonus): $150 + $150

Notes / Performance: Promo to Snr Assoc, Base bump to $160

Buyside Experience: AS1 0.5 YOE (7 years total in non buyside finance roles)

Total 2024 Comp (Base + Bonus): $148 + 12.5 (prorated from 25 for half year)

 

Strategy (PE/PC/Other): buyout

Fund Size/Type: MM ($1-1.5B fund)

Experience: 2 years banking, started PE last September

Total 2024 Comp (Base + Bonus): offer was for $125+$125. Received $60k stub for 4 months at EOY.  

Total 2023 Comp (Base + Bonus): n/a

Notes / Performance: No income tax state. Salary bumped to $130k with no comment to target bonus. Assume 100% target still stands, but associates one year up received $150-$175 this year.
