Not anything out of the ordinary, but there's enough momentum for new fundraises. Sweatshop hours though, so would say the pay is fair.

Driven by some really good outcomes for the fund. Expect 2025 comp to be down from 24. They communicated this so no issue.

Total 2024 Comp (Base + Bonus): offer was for $125+$125. Received $60k stub for 4 months at EOY.
Total 2023 Comp (Base + Bonus): n/a
Notes / Performance: No income tax state. Salary bumped to $130k with no comment to target bonus. Assume 100% target still stands, but associates one year up received $150-$175 this year.
