6 hr case study for PE

I have a 6 hr PE case study coming up for a team that invests around UMM / large cap, and I am undecided on how I should structure it given the time allowance (ie. not a 1 hr excel test but also not a weekend long case study).

I have been told that I will be given a CIM on a company, then have 6 hrs to build an LBO model and write a short form investment memo (think 1-2 pages in word), followed by an in person presentation / debrief (separate to the 6 hrs).    I would appreciate any guidance on how complex I should go in the LBO given the time allowance. I don't want to bite off too much and end up with errors / not enough time for writing IM, but also don't want it to look like I haven't properly used the time. Also any advice on what to focus on in the word write up.   Thanks in advance for any tips
