Advanced Topics - LBO Modeling

Coming back to this forum which has helped a ton on general recruiting and career advice. I have not been able to locate a resource that clearly explains some of the more nuanced functionalities in LBOs and how these flow through the 3 statements, S&U, PF BS, and returns, if applicable:

- Seller's Notes
- Earn-out
- Management Options
- Warrants
- Fees and carry

For context, I have a modeling test coming up for a firm that is notorious for 3hr modeling tests that include various "bells and whistles."

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
