Am i underpaid
Our fund (UMM 10bn+ latest raise) paid us 500k for year 1 and 580k for year 2 VPs. Feels below market? I think funds have been paying 600-700 (year1/2 ranges) given fund strong fundraising and deployment in 2021 all round?

What does the carry look like? $500K for VP1 cash comp sounds a bit on the low end for that fund size? It's at least lower than what ours is at a $5bn+ fund.
There’s a bunch of nuances but I’d say 3.25-3.5m dollars at work
