Analyst – Fund-Linked Credit Risk and Derivative Products  – New York

Top boutique firm, with significant trading, asset management, and lending platforms, seeks a junior professional with 1-3 years of banking experience, ideally focused on due diligence or credit analysis in the fund space (hedge funds, private equity, mutual funds, real estate funds, credit funds, etc). Individuals will spend their time: performing due diligence on closed-end funds; reviewing and negotiating ISDA and credit documentation; valuing and determining the creditworthiness of closed-end funds; and recommending exposure levels and trading/lending limitations. Persuasive written and oral communication skills, confidence when being challenged as you liaise with the traders/marketers, a commitment to immediate response to trading requests, and being a collegial team member will be critical components of your success in this role. Please send resume (cover letters not required) to ed@edwardmcnallyassociates.com, and thanks for viewing my posting.
