I'm trying to find out the high level basics of a MM buyout transaction from a few years back, namely the purchase price and if possible, any EBITDA / revenue / implied multiples as well. All press releases were tight lipped about the purchase price. Also don't have contacts at any of the constituents involved - is there any database / service provider that tracks such data? Thanks in advance.

GF Data has a good dataset. No company names specifically, but if I recall correctly, they track mtuliples/leverage etc. by GICS code
