GE / ME / LMM / FO PE whatever. Any place that you’re like wow this is 1) way better than banking and 2) better than you expected (in other words, worth it)
The best would be ‘things are way better than I expected’ hours wise but anything that you know has reputable good hours / culture.
What is it, how much is pay, and how longs the culture been like that / what’s keeping the culture that way?
I don’t mind working hard during deals but don’t have motivation to be in a job where there’s a ton of inactive hours (distressed PortCo’s, ton of admin ad hoc shit, etc) or FaceTime etc though know that’s going down

I work at an UMM PE firm with fairly bad culture but fairly decent hours outside of a live process
