Apollo Credit - culture / comp

Apollo clearly has a rough culture on the private equity and hybrid value sides.

Anyone know what the comp / culture is like in their credit groups?  Same nightmarish place or a bit tamer?

I assume it gets closer to the hyper-aggressive Apollo, the less and less performing you get but would be good to hear if anyone has insights there.

Bump - anyone know hours/comp for the private credit/DL team? And are they still targeting mega transactions in performing businesses, sponsor-backed like Golub/Ares/Owl Rock, etc., or is the strategy more varied / geared towards deals with more hair on them?
