Are most initial round buy-side interviews conducted over Zoom video or by phone?
Title says it all. I’ve mostly had phone interviews thus far but wondering what other people have experienced.

For laterals I’ve been split probably 75/25 Zoom/phone recently
I've found initial firsts / intros being phone but all subsequent being Zoom/WeBex/Teams
Thanks everyone for the replies. So if I'm summarizing, it sounds like it used to be phone calls for initial rounds but after this year interviews have transitioned into more zoom / video?
