What does comp look like on the buyside in the private credit space for an associate at a company like Ares/PIMCO/Bain?

I think base salaries increase by 10-15k each year afterwards for most places.
PIMCO private credit associate’s slightly lower at ~$250k all in but hours are great, ~50 hours on average
